First and Foremost, Purchase Organically Grown Products

Seek out Products that have a “Non-GMO Project” Seal

Avoid the top 9 at Risk Ingredients:

  1. Corn
  2. Soy
  3. Canola
  4. Alfalfa
  5. Cottonseed Oil (Cotton)
  6. Sugar (from sugarbeets)
  7. Dairy Products -due to Animal Feed
  8. Zucchini/ Yellow Summer Squash
  9. Papaya

Products that are NOT considered High Risk:

  1. Wheat- currently there is NO GMO wheat available in the market, although the biotech corporations are pushing it heavily
  2. Tomatoes-
  3. Potatoes- while these were genetically modified in 96′ a huge uprising occurred causing Monsanto to discontinue GMO Potatoes in 2001
